Update to the Congregation from the Session

Motions made and approved by Session at the meeting of January 31, 2010

1. Mary Allen Singer as full time Youth Director.

2. Elders Margaret Patten, Margaret Bauerle, Bill Self, Rick Anderson and Debbie Horn will be installed/ordained on February 7, 2010 at the 11:00 am service.

3. Session meetings are to move to the third Monday of the month starting in March 2010.

4. Women’s Sunday will change from March 21 to April 11,2010

5. Annual Congregational meeting for review of the FPCM budget will be held on February 21, 2010 in the Family Life Center at 12:30 pm. with a potluck lunch.

6. Pre School bake sale on February 10, 2010 for Haiti relief.

7. Youth fund raiser ( date to be determined)for a high school mission trip to Nicaragua scheduled for August 1 thru 8, 2010
